How it Works
Festival
of Trees will showcase 50 large, fully decorated Christmas trees
as well as 50 mini-trees. All are decorated and donated by local
individuals, businesses, service groups, churches and schools.
Part of the fun of Festival is bidding on the trees which are
available through a “silent auction”. Opening bids on the large
trees begin at $100. On the mini-trees the opening bid is $25.00.
Many of the large trees are available for a “guaranteed sale”
price which allows you to secure your tree at a predetermined
amount. For more information on the bidding process, stop by the
Auction Table for a copy of the Auction Guidelines and Rules.
The silent auction ends Thursday evening at 8:00 p.m. and the
trees will be delivered free of charge to local addresses on
Saturday morning. Visit the 2010
schedule of events page for more information.
So….come early in the week, get your bid number and start bidding on your favorite tree.
Remember, your generosity feeds and shelters our neighbors at
Opportunity House and we all share in the spirit of Christmas.
